Each and every e-mail will be assessed based on your specific rules and policies. Our content analysis processes guarantee a near 100% hit rate for detecting unwanted content in text and images.

After all the data has been analyzed the e-mail will be forwarded, altered, blocked or sent at a later time, depending on the rules you defined. For questionable mails, the system administrator can use a special e-mail viewer which makes the entire management process much easier.

• AntiSpam: Spam mails are blocked with a dependable 10-step process. OrangeBox Mail Enterprise goes much further than widely accepted processes such as internal black listing, external black hole listing or simple key word searches. We've developed proprietary processes such as the recognition of pornographic images, a spam database and text categories for pornography, criminality, etc. Furthermore, all URLs contained in e-mails are checked against the OrangeFilter database. The SpamLearn function continuously feeds Cobion's database which, in return, sends updates to all users 4 times a day to protect them in near real-time from all new threats. (OrangeSpam).
  By combining these different processes, OrangeBox Mail Enterprise recognizes over 95% of all spam mail while only one e-mail in 10,000 is mistakenly identified as spam.
• AntiVirus: Plug-ins to all leading anti-virus scanners make it possible to manage infected emails with a single user interface.
• Important Documents: Automatic document scanning prevents even the smallest fragment of confidential information such as development designs, financial results or contracts from leaving the organization by e-mail. OrangeBox Mail Enterprise fingerprints files you identify as being important and compares them to all outgoing e-mail traffic. Even a few lines in a text document will be recognised; images and graphic files are also analyzed and investigated.
• Keyword Search: Searches a document for specific words, syllables or word combinations.
• Text Categories: As opposed to the keyword searches, whole passages are analyzed to determine their meaning and then assigned to one of nine text categories (pornography, hate, criminal, etc.)
• Media Type: Over 80 different file types are recognized by comparing them to binary data samples.
• Source Code Detector: Identifies source code in C++, Java, SQL, HTML and other programming languages.
• URL-Detector: All Hyperlinks in e-mails are checked and placed in one of OrangeFilter's 58 categories. This process not only prevents spam from getting through, but unwanted e-mail content such as job offers, horoscopes or greeting cards can be prohibited.
• Porn Detector: Uses multiple Algorithms to search images for areas containing pornographic material.
