• OrangeFilter: The database currently consists of more than 20 million URLs, the result of assessing over 2.6 billion web pages and images and accurately classifying them into 58 categories. Subcategories such as Pornography/Erotic or Sect/Religion are also possible. With WebLearn you can automatically send unidentified URLs to our Global Data Center where they'll be evaluated, classified and made available to all Cobion users in their daily updates.
• Management Console: By defining the WHO, WHEN, WHAT and ACTION you are able to control your employees' access to the Internet. You can block, for example, all but the finance and controlling department from accessing stock sites to keep employees from trading during working hours. The PassLock function gives you the added flexibility to grant certain employees access to sites in normally off-limits categories but only for a limited time.
• Rules based black and white lists: In addition to the OrangeFilter database you can also create your own lists extending the rules to fit your specific requirements. This way certain web sites can be viewed even if they are in categories that are otherwise taboo. You can even create your own custom categories.
